HCM and Beargrass Media will be hosting two one week long video camps in the summer of 2024. The two weeks are June 10-14, 2024 and July 8-12, 2024.
The students will learn how to write, record, edit, and publish video productions. The students will use personal devices like phones and tablets as well as camp-supplied iPads, video cameras, microphones, a teleprompter, green screen, etc.
The camps will be at Highland Presbyterian Church, 1011 Cherokee Road, in the Highlands. We have a page updated for each of the camps with a sign up link and payment information.

A Little Help: This is an example of one of our narrative videos where the kids were provided a script, and they did the majority of the camera work, shot selection, and editing.
Camp Montage: This is a montage of several of the elements that the kids learned at the camp including sound effects, camera angles, continuation, green screen, etc. (The bone breaking sound was celery.)
